The idea of depending on others for the upkeep and maintenance of ones' properties is an idea that may be scary for some investors, I know it was for us when we started. For that reason, CashFlowCows.com has began an independent real estate auditing service. Now, investors can hire a CashFlowCows.com team member to check up on their properties when they can't. For a flat fee we can perform the following:
- Visit property on behalf of our clients
- Analyze the property and its upkeep
- Perform interior visual inspections
- Make recommendations
- Email photographs of the exterior and interior units
- Address property concerns that investors may have
We work with property managers around the country, let our professional management experience guide you. We know how precious your investment is, let us be your eyes and ears. We believe in pro-active property management, for this reason, we personally review our investments regularly.
